Legaegis Group is led by James Bracken.

His journey began in rural New England and the Central Plains. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, he joined the US Air Force. During his service, James held strategy and planning roles, gaining expertise in organizational development, leadership and cross-functional collaboration. His ability to forge critical partnerships allowed his teams to assess, adapt, and achieve targeted results across diverse operations, from unit-level to multi-national engagements.

Post-military service, James transitioned to the industrial sector, where he spearheaded change initiatives, integrated acquisitions, and optimized efficiency within large corporations. His MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler further honed his skills. However, it was in smaller businesses that James discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and the chance to make a direct impact.

James is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. With proven expertise in strategic planning, supply chain management, P&L management, and cross-functional team leadership, James has a track record of success in implementing scalable, data-driven solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. A strong collaborator, he excels at building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning operations with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth in competitive industries.
